Connect an external calendar to share appointment visibility between One Click Contractor and your personal calendar.

 

Article Introduction

Calendar Sync allows users to share appointment information between One Click Contractor (OCC) and an external calendar. Users can configure the sync to push OCC appointments to their calendar, pull external appointments into OCC, or enable both directions.

How to Set Up Calendar Sync

To configure Calendar Sync:

Click the dropdown arrow next to your name in the top-right corner & Select Profile.

Locate Calendar Options & Click Setup New Account.

Select your desired provider and follow the instructions.

Calendar Sync Options

Calendar Sync supports three configuration types: Push, Pull & Sync (Push and Pull)

✳️Push (OCC to External Calendar)

Push sends appointments from OCC to your external calendar.

When Push is enabled:

  • Appointments associated with jobs assigned to you in OCC

  • Will automatically be pushed to your connected external calendar

✳️Pull (External Calendar to OCC)

Pull brings appointments from your external calendar into OCC.

When Pull is enabled:

  • Appointments from your connected calendar

  • Will appear on your OCC Appointments screen

Important:

  • Pulled appointments are not linked to any customer jobs in OCC.

  • They are displayed for visibility only.

✳️Sync (Push and Pull)

Sync enables both Push and Pull functionality.

When Sync is enabled:

  • OCC appointments are pushed to your external calendar

  • External calendar appointments are pulled into OCC
