Can I have one username for Multiple Organizations? - Selecting an Active Organization

Select the active organization when your user account has access to multiple organizations or locations in One Click Contractor.

Article Introduction

Users with access to multiple organizations must choose the active account before working in the system. The organization selection is available from the user menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Selecting an Organization

  1. Click your Name.

  2. Select Organization.

  3. Select the Organization you want to use.

Confirming the Active Organization

  1. Verify the Organization Name displayed in the upper-right corner.

Important Notes

  • Users only see organizations they have permission to access.

  • Switching organizations does not change user permissions.

  • Always confirm the active organization before creating estimates, managing pricing, or updating records.
