In addition to full proposals and agreements, there are situations where you may need to send a single document for signature.

These documents are typically used for specific scenarios and are not part of every job. They are often configured as Job Resources in the Document section of the Administration Dashboard and made available when needed.


Common Examples

Examples of documents commonly sent separately may include:

  • Change Orders
  • Work Authorization Forms
  • Warranty Documents
  • Financing or Payment Forms
  • Permits or Compliance Documents

These are typically used only when required for a specific job.
