Lowe's IHC: Create a New Job

Adding a Job for Lowe's IHC

  1. Select + Add Job located at the top right of the Customers tab
  2. Enter customer information (Address, Name, Email, Phone #)
  3. There is now a Job Address box. Keep this check marked if the billing and installation address are the same. If they are different uncheck the box and fill it out accordingly. This will auto fill on the proposal and contract.




  4. Select the correct house by moving the map until the correct structure is located directly under the point of the pin (as shown below)




  5. Click Save Changes on the bottom right. 

Note: When creating a new job, you cannot simply click “save” with no information. There is now a validation which requires at least SOME information to be entered.
