DaBella iPad Browser Settings and Help Sheet

Ensure your device is properly configured for One Click Contractor by using Safari or Google Chrome on an iPad, adjusting browser settings as specified, and refreshing idle sessions before entering data to avoid issues.

IMPORTANT: ENSURE YOUR DEVICE IS CONFIGURED PROPERLY BEFORE USE


One Click Contractor is specifically supported on the iPad with Safari OR Google Chrome ONLY

  • Ensure the following settings are configured in Settings (See Screenshots below)
    1. Safari
      1. Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is UNCHECKED
      2. Block All Cookies is UNCHECKED
    2. Chrome:
      1. Allow Cross-Website Tracking is CHECKED
  1. Ensure you ARE NOT using an Incognito Window (Google Chrome) or Private Mode (Safari)

IMPORTANT: Once the above changes are made YOU MUST log back in again


Most issues with access and use of the platform happen when sessions are left idle for a long time. For this reason, when you come back to a session after a while it is a good idea to refresh the page before entering data on an item like an inspection or finance application.
