Deleting Customers from OneClick when integrated with MarketSharp
You may delete a customer from OneClick without affecting that contact in MarketSharp. However, once you delete that appointment in One Click, you cannot bring it back.
Should you need to set another appointment for that customer, there is a specific flow you will need to follow:
- You must add a NEW Lead inquiry in MarketSharp
- Assign a new appointment to the new Lead inquiry in order for it to populate in One Click.
