Adding Job Docs or Resources to Proposals or Agreements

Learn how to include Job Documents or Job Resources in proposals or agreements from the Estimator.

Article Introduction

The Documents tab inside the Estimator allows you to manage documents associated with a job and choose which ones should appear in the final proposal or agreement.

Documents available in this section may come from two sources:

  • Job Documents, which may be uploaded directly to the estimate or configured by administrators

  • Job Resources, which are reusable documents configured in the Administration Dashboard and available across the organization

Many organizations place most of their documents under Job Resources so representatives can include them when needed.


Add a Job Document

  1. Click Documents.

  2. Select one of the existing documents or Click + Add Document.

Document Actions:
Each document includes several available actions:

  • Proposal / Agreement checkboxes: Select these to include the document as part of a proposal or agreement.

  • Download PDF: Download a copy of the document.

  • Preview / Edit (Magic Wand): View or edit supported documents directly.

  • Delete: Remove job-specific documents when applicable.
