Importing a Quote into an Estimate

The following steps will be utilized with each quote you wish to import to an estimate:

1. From the estimate, click “Add Product”
2. From the Add Product, select “FeneVision WEB”

1. On the login modal, you’ll need to enter the following information (each time):
   1. Login URL: https://hgiwebcenter.com/WEB
   2. Username: (same username you utilize today to access the dealer portal)
   3. Password: (same password you utilize today to access the dealer portal)
   4. Note: You will need to enter this information with each import to an Estimate. There is a plan in the future / next release to remove this requirement.

1. Once authenticated, you’ll be presented with a list of Quotes from FeneVision WEB. From the list, select the appropriate one.

1. Line items will be added for each of the items present in the quote.
   1. Note: Just like the way quotes are presented in FeneVision WEB today, the surcharges (and potentially other items) will show up as separate line items in the estimate.
