Link expiration already exists for Emailed PDF, Emailed Agreement, and Fully Executed Agreement. This enhancement extends that functionality to documents which are sent for Digital Signature.
- “Signed Document Expiration” will be added to Preferences below existing “Document Link Expiration”. If no value is entered, it will default to 60 days. The maximum value is 90 days.
- This value can be changed by browsing to the Preferences Tab and adjusting the value.
- With a value of 30 days, this means that a document sent for signature by a customer/rep will ONLY be signable for 30 days instead of the default 60 days which we utilized before.
Note: This value will be used for BOTH Agreements AND Signable Documents.
