GAF Project: ImproveIt360 Lightning Integration

We’ve added support for the newly released ImproveIt360 Lightning product offering!

Authorization is completed the same way it has been for i360 in the past. The only difference is that once you’ve authorized the organization for i360, you will need to update the following: 

  • Under the integration, click the gear

  • On the settings screen, there is an option to choose the platform. In the event they’re Lightning, you MUST change the platform from “Classic” to “Lightning”

  • Linking users, etc. are also done the same way as before.

There are also some changes to the resulting of appointments which support functionality which is only available in the i360 Lightning platform. On a job which was synchronized with i360 Lightning, select the gears to result the appointment.

  • Now instead of resulting JUST the Sales Appointment, there are options to also result the Sales Opportunities which are associated with the appointment.
    • Note: There may be one or more sales opportunities available on each sales appointment. For example, if the organization is utilizing i360 with a sales opportunity per “trade” on an appointment (in this example Windows and Gutters) they will be able to indicate appropriately which of the trades (Windows or Gutters) were the ones which sold.
    • There are also some enhancements here where the options for result and reasons are now dependent on each other which means you aren’t able to select an option of “sold” with a reason of “rehash”
