The following is an overview of the PLNAR ordering and delivery process as it relates to GAF Project and Smart Interiors ™
PLNAR Ordering Process

Step 1: Creating the Project Request in One Click
When submitting a request to PLNAR for a customer, browse to the Measurements Tab, then click Import.

From the import screen, choose “PLNAR” from the list of available options.

The next screen which opens allows you to specify available options on the Project request (reference number, type of report, etc.) Once you select those values, click “Request”

Step 2: Customer Received Project Request
After a few moments, the customer will receive an email as well as a text message (using the contact information in the previous screen) to complete a project. The message will look similar to the message below. The user would click the link which will take them through the process of downloading the application.
Step 3: Customer Captures Project using PLNAR Snap App
The following is a brief step-by-step process for capturing a project with the PLNAR Snap App.

Resources Delivered at PLNAR Project Submission
Shortly after submission is completed on the PLNAR Project there will be some additional resources
Photos
All of the photos which are captured during the room capture process will be sent back. They will be saved in the following folder hierarchy:
- Plnar SNP-#####
- Room Name
- <Photos>
Documents
Similar to photos, a photo summary report will be downloaded and created on the documents tab. The naming will be PHOTO REPORT - reference - SNP-#####.pdf.

Resources Delivered after Successful PLNAR Project Completion
Documents
There are some new documents which are created:
- Pro Report
- Summary Report
- Measurements CSV

Summary Report
A summary report is created which gives a summary view of the measurements for each room.

Pro Report
A “Pro” report is created with a detailed view of the measurements and photos for each room.

Design Tool
A design tool / visualization is created on the job which has a link to the Share URL for the PLNAR project and all rooms which are available.

The visualization which is created can be swapped back/forth on a full screen view.

Measurements Tab
Upon completion of the project from PLNAR, all of the room measurement values will be utilized to create a detailed list of rooms and measurement values.
