Generating an Inspection Report

Article Introduction

Inspection reports are generated from completed inspections within a job in the Estimator under the Inspections tab. These reports compile your selections, notes, and photos into a shareable format that can be used for documentation or customer communication.

What Inspection Reports Include

Inspection reports provide a structured summary of your inspection findings.

They may include:

• Item conditions such as Satisfactory or Needs Attention

• Notes entered during the inspection

• Photos added to each item

• Organized sections based on the inspection template

This allows you to clearly present job conditions and recommended work.

Generating and Sharing an Inspection Report

Once your inspection is completed:

• Click Email Inspection to send the report

• Click Download to export the report to your device

These options allow you to quickly share inspection results with customers or internal team members.
