Directions on how to create Contacts in Hatch automatically once they're created in One Click Contractor
First off, we assume you've already got both your Hatch and One Click Contractor accounts hooked up to Zapier. If you need help with that, please reference ____ for Hatch and this document for One Click.
Create a new Zap
Setting up the Trigger
1. For the trigger, select One Click Contractor as your application and Job Created or Updated as your Trigger Event and click Continue.
2. Choose the appropriate account and click Continue.
3. For the trigger, select the appropriate Org(s), set Include All Child Orgs to Yes, and set the Filter to Job Created and click Continue.
4. Once created, click "Test trigger" to ensure test data comes down. Once you've validated the data, click "Continue".
Setting up the Action
1. For the action, select Hatch as your application and Create Contact as your Action Event and click Continue.
2. Choose the appropriate account and click Continue.
3. Now we need to set up the mapping the way you want it. Here is what we would recommend:
Contact Id = Job ID
Contact First Name = Customer Name
Contact Phone Number = Phone Numbers Number
Contact Email = Customer Email
Contact Status = Job Status
Note: If you'd like to map additional fields, you can use the "Contact Details" section to add additional fields (such as address, job types, etc.)
4. Once all the information is entered, click Continue
5. Now you just need to Test and turn on the Zap!
