How can I update/change my Organization's billing information?
I need to update the credit card information you have on file, how can I do that?
When an org administrator is logged in they should have access to update their subscription information.
- Under your user name, choose “Profile”
- From the menu at the left, click “Organization Profile”
- Under “Billing Information” choose “Manage Subscription”
- From the Billing Information modal, choose “Payment Methods”
- Choose the “Add New” button
- Enter the new card number, expiration date, and CVV
- Click Add
- Select the appropriate payment method type as “Primary” or “Backup”
- Click Update
- After clicking update you should see a list of the payment methods applicable to the account, denoting which ones are Primary or Backup.
