How can I update/change my Organization's billing information?

I need to update the credit card information you have on file, how can I do that?

When an org administrator is logged in they should have access to update their subscription information.

  1. Under your user name, choose “Profile”
  2. From the menu at the left, click “Organization Profile”
  3. Under “Billing Information” choose “Manage Subscription”

 

  1. From the Billing Information modal, choose “Payment Methods”

 

 

  1. Choose the “Add New” button

 

  1. Enter the new card number, expiration date, and CVV
  2. Click Add

 

 

  1. Select the appropriate payment method type as “Primary” or “Backup”
  2. Click Update

 

 

  1. After clicking update you should see a list of the payment methods applicable to the account, denoting which ones are Primary or Backup.
