💡 Pro tips

  • Available discounts are configured for your organization. A manager may be able to add or change them, depending on permissions.

  • Add Custom Discount is permission-dependent; it may not appear for every user.

  • Some items may be non-discountable. A percentage or amount discount may therefore not match a calculation against the full subtotal.

Remember

  • What you see can differ depending on your organization's settings and your permission level.

  • Tab names, headers and available options are configurable.

  • If you can't see or do something described here, ask your manager first. They can contact support.
