How to Setup ProVia Integration in One Click Contractor
Determine whether the Customer logs in via the Portal or the Non-Portal. A good question to determine is asking how they login. Do they use a Portal ID (Portal Login) or a User Name (Non-Portal Login)?
Depending on the type of account a customer has with ProVia (Portal vs non-Portal) the settings will be different. Here is a breakdown of the appropriate settings:
