If your organization is integrated with a CRM, it is important to result appointments directly within One Click Contractor. Resulting an appointment ensures that the outcome, reason, and notes are properly pushed back to your CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.
How to Result an Appointment

On the left-hand side navigation menu, select the Appointments tab.

Locate the appointment you wish to result.

Underneath your CRM’s name, click the gear icon (⚙️).

A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter:

Result
-
Reason
-
Any additional Notes

Once completed, save your changes.
The entered information will automatically sync and be pushed back to your connected CRM.
