Users can contact 1LOOK support directly from within the platform or by email if they are unable to access their account.
Using Chat Support
After logging into the 1LOOK platform:
- Locate the yellow chat support button in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click the button to start a support conversation
The chat button is always available.
After-Hours Support
If a chat is submitted outside of operator hours:
- The request will be added to the support queue
- A notification will indicate that support is currently offline
