Users can contact 1LOOK support directly from within the platform or by email if they are unable to access their account.


Using Chat Support

After logging into the 1LOOK platform:

  • Locate the yellow chat support button in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Click the button to start a support conversation

The chat button is always available.

 

After-Hours Support

If a chat is submitted outside of operator hours:

  • The request will be added to the support queue
  • A notification will indicate that support is currently offline

Contacting Support by Email

If you are unable to log in or cannot access the chat feature:

A support representative will assist you.
