How to Access 1Look Support

How to contact 1LOOK Support using the in-platform chat button or email, including after-hours support details.

  1. After logging into the 1LOOK platform users will find a yellow chat support button in the bottom right of their screen.
  2. If they are unable to find the chat button, or having trouble logging in they can contact support by emailing support@1andfund.com and one of the support reps will assist them.

Please note: The chat button is always there, even after hours. When they submit a chat after hours it goes into our email queue, and they are given a notice that the chat is outside operator hours.
