How to change contact information such as phone number, name, time zone and notifications on One Click Contractor.
Click on the drop down arrow located in the top right corner of screen, directly next to your display name. A drop down menu will display. Click Profile
You will be redirected to the Profile screen where you will be able to edit all contact information aside from your email. If you'd like to change the email associated with your account, please contact OCC directly at 877-320-2391
Be sure to save your changes by clicking the blue Save Changes button located in the upper right corner of your screen.
You may also edit your text and email notifications by simply scrolling down.
