Reviewing your user Information & Notification Settings

Explains how users can review their profile information, update their phone number, and manage text and email notification preferences in One Click Contractor.

Article Introduction

Your User Profile in One Click Contractor allows you to review your personal information, update your phone number, and manage how you receive notifications. Some information is initially set up by your account administrator, while other settings can be adjusted at any time.
Accessing Your Profile
  1. Click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner of your screen, next to your display name.
  2. Select Profile from the menu.

Your Basic Information

Your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are provided by your account administrator when your account is created.

⚠️ If you need to update any of these fields, please reach out to your administrator directly to request changes.


Managing Your Notification Settings

You can choose exactly how you want to stay informed — by text message, email, or both.

You will receive notifications at the email address assigned to your account unless you update your preferences below.

Text Notifications

To receive notifications by text:

  1. Enter your mobile number.

  2. Check the boxes for the alerts you would like to receive.

  3. Click Save Changes.

You may also select Select All to enable all text notifications at once.

Available Text Notifications

  • Job Created

  • Customer Photo Uploaded

  • Signed Document (Agreement)

  • Signable Documents

  • Job Reassigned

  • Payment Receipts

  • Payment Refunds

Important Text Messaging Details

By entering your mobile number and enabling text notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not required for any purchase.

To stop receiving text notifications:

  • Reply STOP to any notification text message, or

  • Uncheck the text notification box and click Save Changes.

To resubscribe after replying STOP:

  • Reply UNSTOP, or

  • Re-enter your number, re-check your notification preferences, and click Save Changes.

Email Notifications

To receive notifications by email:

  1. Confirm your email address.

  2. Check the notifications you would like to receive.

  3. Click Save Changes.

You may also Select All to enable all email notifications.

To Unsubscribe from Email Notifications

  • Uncheck the notification boxes and click Save Changes, or

  • Click the unsubscribe link located in any notification email.

To resubscribe:

  • Re-enter your email address if needed,

  • Check the notification boxes again,

  • Click Save Changes.
