How to Resend an Agreement Email to One Signer
Learn how to resend an Agreement email to one selected signer without notifying all parties connected to the agreement.
Article Introduction
Agreement emails can be resent to a specific signer when one person still needs to complete their signature. This can be done from the customer or job record where the Agreement and Signature Status information is available.

When to Use This
Use this when one signer has already completed their signature, but another signer still needs to sign.
For example, if the homeowner already signed the Agreement but the sales representative still needs to complete their portion, you can resend the email only to the sales representative. This helps avoid sending another email to the homeowner after they have already signed.
Notes
The Resend option does not require sending the email to everyone connected to the Agreement.
You can review the Agreement or Signature Status area to confirm who has already signed and who still needs to take action.
