I have my MarketSharp account linked to One Click but no customers or appointments are coming over
Most of the time this is caused by the MarketSharp users not being appropriately linked to a user in One Click. The steps to fix it are quick and easy.
While logged in as an admin, perform the following steps
1. Click the Administration Tab
2. Scroll down to "Integrations"
3.Click on the MarketSharp Card
From the MarketSharp section, find the user in MarketSharp and ensure it is linked to the user in One Click. If the user isn't linked, click the pencil.
4. Click the drop down and choose the appropriate One Click user
5. Click Save
After this is set the next time we pull for updates from MarketSharp, the updated information will be pulled.
