I'm using the Basic Screen Share and my customer can't see my screen

If you are having trouble screen sharing with a customer please see the below options to check.

Check your Screen Share Extension on your browser

Step 1: Click the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of your 

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: Click on Extensions on the left hand side.

Step 4: Ensure that you have the correct Screen Share Extension.

If you are using Screenleap - You will need to uninstall Screenleap and install Screen Share. Here is the correct link if needed:

Trouble Using Screenshare on a Mac running MacOS Catalina or newer

If you are using a Mac running MacOS Catalina and are receiving this screen when starting your screen share, please follow the below steps to fix.

Step 1: Apple (top left corner) > System Preferences
Step 2: Select "Security and Privacy"

Step 3: Click the "Privacy" tab
Step 4: go to "Screen Recording" on the left side
Step 5:Ensure "Google Chrome" is selected
