Why am I having an issue when uploading photos

Common issues that may prevent photos from uploading to the Photos tab and how to resolve them.

There can be a few potential issues when uploading photos on the Photos tab ...

  1. File Format: We support JPG and PNG images.
  2. Uploaded File Size Limitation: The maximum file size supported is 10MB per image.
  3. There are currently no limits to the number of photos you can upload to a job.
