What is the purpose of the app?

Emergency backup for creating and saving an estimate only!***

Cannot obtain a signature from the app currently - this feature is coming TBD

Essentially, the app is only available for iPad users in the event they need to build an

estimate in a customer’s home without an internet connection. An estimate can be built

and saved but will not be able to be sent for signature until a WiFi connection is made. 

It is only available in the app store for iPads. The app is not available for iPhones - they’re just too small.

Common troubleshooting

Close and relaunch the app. 

*No cookies to clear, if relaunching the app does not resolve issue, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Questions to ask/Information to collect and include on the Hubspot ticket from call :

“What version are you on?”

“Are you connected to the internet?”

“Are you on the app or on the web?”

If they have a WiFi connection, then they should use our website not the app.
