A 3-Step Guide to Setting up Your Account

Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with an account set up link. Click the link to go to a page that asks you to set your user IDpassword, and security questions. Be sure to set up your user ID and security questions that you are able to remember if needed in the future, you will be asked for them if you ever forget your password. 

Set up your login information 

  1. Create a User ID 
    1. This ID cannot be changed in the future
    2. 6-30 characters
    3. Use numbers, letters, periods, underscores and @ signs to create your ID
    4. If you forget your User ID, ask an administrator on your account to look it up or call our Customer Care Team 800-466-0992, option 2
  2. Create a Password
    1. Case sensitive
    2. At least 8 characters (special characters are permitted)
    3. Must include at least one lowercase letter, one capital letter, and one number
    4. Cannot contain your user ID
    5. You will be prompted to change your password every 90 days
  3. Set Up Three Security Questions 
    1. Each user will be prompted to set three unique security questions
    2. Answers must be at least 3 characters and are not case sensitive
    3. Security questions will be used in three main ways: 
      1. To give you the ability to reset a forgotten password at any time
      2. To validate your identity when you log in from an unfamiliar IP address
      3. To verify your identify when you call our Customer Care team for assistance¬
