Chargeback Response Process

When in the Chargeback Report and you’re on the Chargeback Detail, there is an option to “Respond” to the chargeback. For specifics on the Chargeback Process please visit the Chargeback Specifics section of this document.



If you believe the chargeback is in error, you will need to Dispute the chargeback.



When disputing a chargeback, evidence is required. You can choose the type of evidence you wish to include in your response and upload a document(s) to the item.



There are different types of evidence you can submit, such as:

  • Receipt
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Order Form
  • Proof of Delivery
  • Rental Agreement
  • Recurring Billing Agreement
  • CVV2 Capture
  • Authorization
  • 3DS Verification


With each item of evidence submitted you need to provide a description of the evidence as well as a document(s) supporting that item.
