This document will review how to request and use PLNAR projects through One Click Contractor.
Requesting a Project
For a correctly configured user and organization, requesting a PLNAR report is extremely easy!
- From an OCC job browse to the Measurements Tab
- From the Measurements Tab, click the Import Button
2. From the Import Measurements screen, click PLNAR
3. The PLNAR Request window will pop up and prepopulate a bunch of information automatically

- Customer-first/last name
- Mobile Number
- Address Information
- Project Name is required
- Reference Number is an optional field
- Once entered completely, click the Request button
After this is submitted, the contact on the form will receive an email and text message requesting them to complete the capture process.
There are some deliverables that will appear in One Click based on where the project is in status.
Once a Project has been submitted by the Contact
After the project has been submitted and received by PLNAR (the contact has captured the required photos, etc.) One Click will receive a callback from PLNAR.
Immediately after, the following assets will be delivered and stored in the One Click Job
- Photos:
- On the photos tab, a folder for the PLNAR project number will be created
- Under the PLNAR Project folder, a folder for each of the rooms captured will be created
- Inside of each folder will be all of the images captured and stored
- Documents:

- On the documents tab, the “Photo Report” PDF will be uploaded and stored directly on the job.

Once the Project has been completed by PLNAR
After PLNAR has completed creating the 3D model and measuring all of the aspects of the room(s) some additional assets will be added automatically to One Click.
- Documents:
- Pro Report
- Summary Report
- Measurements CSV
- Measurement Values:
- A room object will be added for each of the captured Rooms in the Project
- Design Tools:
- A new design tool will be added to the Design Tools section of One Click which will provide access to the Share URL.
- The Share URL is their 3D model of each of the rooms where you can view all of the measurements and images captured.
