Resending and Voiding a Sent Agreement
This article explains how to resend an agreement to recipients or void an agreement that was sent in error, allowing you to manage signature requests directly from the estimator.
Accessing Sent Agreements
To manage an agreement that has already been sent:
Navigate to the Agreements tab within the estimator.
Locate the agreement you want to manage. You will see the agreement’s name, created date, recipients, and current status.

Resending an Agreement
Resending is useful when a recipient did not receive the email, missed the notification, or needs the agreement sent again.
In the Actions column, locate the agreement you want to resend.
Select the white airplane icon to resend.

Voiding an Agreement
Voiding is used when an agreement was sent by mistake, contains incorrect information, or should no longer be signed.
In the Actions column, locate the agreement you want to void.
Select the Void option.
Confirm the action when prompted.
