Reviewing a Sent Agreement Status
This article explains how to review the status of agreements that have already been created and sent, including viewing recipient details, signature status, and accessing the agreement file at any stage.
Article Introduction
Once an agreement has been created, it can be reviewed at any time directly from the estimator.
Navigate to the Agreements tab within the estimator.
This section displays a list of all agreements associated with the job.

For each agreement, you will see the following information:

Name – The name of the agreement document

Created Date – The date the agreement was generated

Recipients – The individuals who were selected to sign the agreement

Status – The current signature status (for example: Sent, Partially Signed, or Completed)

Viewing an Agreement File
In the Actions column, locate the PDF icon labeled View File.
Clicking this icon allows you to open and review the agreement document at any time.
