Salesforce Configuration Form

Job Object

Determines what Salesforce object to map to a One Click Contractor job. Possible Values: Lead, Opportunity

Lead Object Settings

For a Lead object there are additional settings that will show when the Lead object is selected.

  1. Enable Lead Create - Create a Salesforce Lead when a job is created in One Click
  2. Enable Lead Update - Update a Salesforce Lead (with a valid Salesforce id) when a job is updated in One Click
  3. Enable Lead Assignment Update - Update a Salesforce Lead User Assignment when a job is reassigned in One Click
  4. Enable Lead Status Update - Update a Salesforce Lead Status when a job status is changed in One Click (Contact Support to help sync One Click with Salesforce statuses to enable this feature)
  5. Filter Create/Update to Salesforce by Valid Types - only allow certain kinds of updates to be allowed to sent to Salesforce

Enable Reassignment

If enabled, this allows the One Click job to be reassigned on creation and on updates from Salesforce. If disabled, the One Click job will only be assigned on the initial creation of a One Click job from Salesforce.

Enable Filters

In addition to user assignment filtering of Leads/Opportunities from Salesforce, this allows One Click to filter out certain Leads/Opportunities that have a column with valid values. Example: Only create a One Click job if the Lead.LeadSource = "Web"

Enable Custom User Object

Allows the ability to use an object other than the User object in Salesforce for user assignment. Example: Some customers have used the Contact object to determine how a Lead/Opportunity is assigned to a Sales Rep in Salesforce

Salesforce Integration

Our Salesforce integration now supports the ability to push/pull notes to/from Salesforce and OCC. To enable this, there is a new option available on the Integrations Tab of the organization under Salesforce.

Once enabled, the following will happen from an integration perspective:

  • A note on an Order associated with the Opportunity in Salesforce will be created inside of One Click. The note will have a prefix of the name of the user who created the note in Salesforce (e.g. “John Doe: This is the note from Salesforce”).
  • A note created in One Click will be created in Salesforce (only when an Order object is created and linked to the Opportunity in Salesforce). The note will have a prefix of the first and last name of the user who created the note in One click (e.g. “Jane Doe: This is the note from One Click”).
  • The way the system is created, regardless of when the Order is created in Salesforce, the note(s) should push over. Meaning that ALL notes from both systems should be available in each system ensuring a full accounting of ALL notes in both systems.
Note: This ONLY supports Order Notes from Salesforce which are stored in the ContentNote object in Salesforce.
