Troubleshooting
There are records in Salesforce I’m expecting to come over but I’m not getting any jobs created in OCC, what is wrong?
The usual report from customers is that an opportunity is NOT being pulled and creating a job in One Click Contractor. Here are the initial things to check.
- Check the integrations tab to make sure the integration is reporting as good.
- Check to make sure the integration is identified as “Connected”
- Make sure there is at least 1 mapped user
- Here is what’s needed in Salesforce to allow it to be pulled into One Click Contractor
- Integration is active
- Primary OpportunityContactRole on the Opportunity
- Opportunity Assigned to a mapped One Click user AND the mapping is active (see checkmark on mapped user)
- If you’re using a filter, double check the Filters you have configured and compare those to the value(s) on the object you’re expecting should be pulled over.
- Ensure the object (Opportunity, Lead, etc.) has the appropriate association key set up (in most cases it is the OwnerId).
