Scribble displays blank page after clicking "Let's Go"

If a customer calls in stating that they are receiving a blank screen after clicking "Let's Go" when utilizing Scribble, please troubleshoot issues using the following steps:

1. Confirm that they are utilizing Scribble and that their screen resembles this:

If the above is confirmed, please grab their device type, and operating system (e.g. iOS 15.6.1). Please have them update their operating system and clear cookies/cache. If that does not correct the issue, you can utilize the below Options

1. Send the signature link via email and click the link in the email to sign. 

2. Sign in on another device.
