This assumes you have the following information from ServiceMinder:
- API Key
- Time Zone
- Appropriate list of ServiceMinder Service Types to sync with One Click.
Once you have the above information, please follow the steps below:
Browse to the Integrations tab of the appropriate organization.
From the integrations tab, click “CRM” to filter the list. Then click on ServiceMinder
On the ServiceMinder integration, click the “Authorize” button
On the Authorize Service Minder screen, enter the API key you got from the prep work above and click “Authorize”.
Once authorized, you will receive a notification letting you know the integration was successfully created. Next click the “Sync” button to pull information from the integration.
Please enter the appropriate time zone and ensure the list of Enabled Services is correct. Once all values are set appropriately click “Save Changes”

- Note: The timezone is important to set because the appointment time we receive from the API is set in a timezone but we don’t know which timezone. In order for us to display it at the correct time we need this timezone to be set.
- Note: It is recommended to only enable services that are related to sales appointments. Other services may trigger undesired job reassignments in OCC.
In the background, the integration will begin synchronizing the list of Service Agents from ServiceMinder and automatically linking them up to users in OCC based on email address. You can view the listing under the “Users Connected” tab and manually link them should the email addresses between both systems not be exactly the same.
Once properly configured, the system will automatically pull appointments and associated job information from ServiceMinder into One Click.
Note: The integration is configured to pull appointments and updates for items SCHEDULED from the current day AND 7 days prior when the sync is manually triggered. Meaning if run on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 it will get appointments scheduled between 7/2/2024 and 7/9/2024.
Automatic syncing will pull appointments and updates for items scheduled for the current day.
