Setting up Clover Connect Integration

Below you will find the steps needed to set up a CardConnect integration with OCC.

1. First thing you need is the “Secure Email” from CardConnect with the credentials. This should be sent to cardconnect@oneclickcontractor.com. It will look similar to below:

2.  Once you click "Click here" it will open up a new tab to a login page. 

3. Enter in the credentials:

4. You will then be taken to the secure email with the appropriate credentials:

    1. Merchant ID (in the Subject Line)
    2. Username
    3. Password

5. Once you have the credentials above, you’re ready to enter this information on the organization. In One Click Contractor, go to the administration screen and find the organization.

6. On the organization, browse to the “Integrations” tab and click “Authorize” on the CardConnect Card

7. You will then be presented with a screen to enter the following information:
    1. Merchant Id = (A) from the email in Step 4 above
    2. Username = (B) from the email in Step 4 above
    3. Token = (C) from the email in Step 4 above
      1. Click Authorize

8. The organization is now ready to take Credit Card and ACH payments
