Setting up JobProgress in One Click Contractor

Step-by-step article on hooking up JobProgress to your One Click Contractor Account

1. Login to JobProgress as an administrative user

2. From the top-right corner click the dropdown next to your user’s name and click “Settings”



3. From the settings section on the left side, scroll all the way down to “Developers”



4. From the Tokens screen, click “Generate Token” in the top right corner



5. Provide a name for the token (example “One Click Contractor”) and click “Generate Token”


6. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Once the token is generated, click “Copy to Clipboard” and paste this somewhere safe so you have it for reference.

7. Login to One Click Contractor as an Organization Admin in and click the Administration Tab


8. Click the tab for “Integrations” at the left and scroll down to JobProgress


9. Click “Authorize” next to “JobProgress”



10. In the JobProgress Authorization screen, paste the token into the “API KEY” box and click “Save”



11. After a few moments, the system will synchronize the users from JobProgress and match the users (by email) automatically. If you need to manually link them, simply find the JobProgress user and match it to the appropriate user in our system.



12. After a user(s) are matched, jobs will begin to import from JobProgress with appointments and job information.
