Designers (K&B, Interior)
For most designers, the first appointment starts with an Initial consultation followed by sketching and measuring the project, gathering jobsite conditions and taking photos.

- Reduce cost by using an inside sales process - either pre-appt qualification or total virtual sale

- Gather specs before quoting (sketches, photos, measurements, pre-existing conditions)
- Confirm sales scope before proceeding with installation (measurements, quoted scope of work)

- Missing items

- Detailed floor plans
- Photos for installers
- Some due to digital sales folder (still part of Smart Interiors
