Magic Wand Icon explained within the Documents Tab of One Click Contractor.
The magic wand allows any documents that have been uploaded to OCC, to be edited or setup for digital signing. The magic wand icon can be located in the document section of the OCC menu. It can be found in both the Job Documents and Resource tabs, on the very right side of each document you will see the magic wand.
When you click on the wand it will bring up the document with any auto filled portions such as the current days date, your org name, the customers name, and the job address already filled out. It will allow you to fill out the document without having to leave OCC. It also allows you to utilize the screen share, to go over the scope of work with the customer, and make sure all of the info being entered is correct.
After the fields are filled out, you will need to save the document, by hitting the save icon located in the upper righthand corner of the document. When you hit the save icon it will then bring up the Save PDF screen which will bring up three different options. 1. Save to Documents 2. Add to Agreement 3. Add to Proposal.
To the left of the save icon is a gear. When you click on that you will see the options Full Screen, Print, and Language options.
On the top left of the document you have several different options to change the way the document is viewed. The first option on the left, will open up a panel on the left hand side of the document that gives you a mini preview of the pages in the document.
The next option to the right will allow you to change the page transition, page orientation and page layout.
The next option lets you adjust the options and zoom in and out, as well as change the resolution.
The next option lets you switch the cursor to a hand that allows you to click on the document pages and move them around, and the option after that switches it back to the normal arrow cursor.
Once you save the filled/edited the document, it will be available through the Job Documents tab. It will have the same name as the original file, with the addition of the word "Filled" as well as the date that the document was saved. From there you can accomplish the same things that you can with any other job document. You still have the magic wand on this screen, as well as the icon that allows you to view and download the document. This screen has the added icon on the very right, that will allow you to delete the document. If you delete the document, it will only delete the filled out document, but the original will still be in the Resources tab.
