Understanding Email History in the Estimator
Learn how to view and interpret email history in the Estimator, including delivery and status tracking.

In the Estimator, the Email History section allows you to track emails sent from the system, including delivery status and recipient activity.
This information helps confirm whether emails were successfully delivered and viewed.
Where to Find Email History
- Open an estimate
- Navigate to the History tab
- Locate the Email History section

What Email History Shows
Each email record includes:
- Date the email was sent
- Recipient email address
- Subject of the email
- Kind of email (such as proposal)
- Provider used to send the email
- Number of Events recorded
You can expand each entry to view detailed activity.

Email Status Types
Within each email record, you may see different status updates:
- Delivered
- The email was successfully delivered to the recipient’s mail server
- Opened
- The recipient has opened the email
- Bounced (Transient / Soft Bounce)
- The email was not delivered due to a temporary issue
- The receiving mail server may continue attempting delivery, and the email may be delivered later
