Understanding Estimate Templates

Estimate templates allow you to reuse a standard set of line items when building estimates in One Click Contractor. Templates help save time and ensure consistency by starting from a predefined structure instead of building each estimate from scratch.

What Are Estimate Templates?

An estimate template is a pre-built layout used to create customer estimates quickly and consistently.

It can already include common products, services, descriptions, pricing, terms, and sections. The estimator selects what applies, adjusts quantities or prices, and removes anything that is not needed.

In simple terms: it is a ready-made starting point for building an estimate, so you do not have to create one from scratch each time.

Who can create Estimate Templates?

Users with authorization to edit templates in OCC. 

Where estimate templates live

To access the templates manager, go to the Estimate and click on the triangle right next to "Add Template".
