Title settings define how different sections are labeled in the estimator. This article explains each available title field, where to configure them, and how they appear when working within the estimator.
What It Is
The Titles section allows you to customize how different parts of the estimator are labeled.
These titles control how information is presented when working through estimates, agreements, and related sections.
Available Title Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Agreement Title | The full name used for agreements |
| Agreement Title Short | An abbreviated version of the agreement name |
| Proposal Title | Defines how proposals are labeled |
| Proposal Title Short | A shortened version of the proposal name |
| Inspection Title | Defines how inspections are labeled |
| Inspection Title Short | A shortened version of the inspection name |
| Sale Rep. Title | Defines how the sales representative role is labeled |
| Estimate Title | Defines how estimates are labeled |
| Opening Name | Defines the label used for the opening section |
| Price Presentation Title | Defines how pricing presentations are labeled |
Where It Is Configured
To update title settings:
- Go to Admin Dashboard
- Select Global Settings
- Locate the Titles section
- Update the desired fields
- Click Save Changes
