      What is the point of the One Click Contractor iOS App?

      This article summarizes the basics behind the development of our app.

      The One Click Contractor Mobile App was designed as a backup, pre-appointment prep tool for our clientele. 

      To get the most out of our tool, always use the web browser version. The Mobile App is to be used for rural areas with low to no internet services after pre-appointment prep has been made. 

      Pre-Appointment Prep - Download the OCC app from your home or a place with strong internet connection prior to your appointment.

      • You will need to download the app and login before your actual appointments. Make sure all your jobs are in order while strongly connected to your internet. This ensures that once you're in the home of your customer, you can easily access all their customer information from the app directly. 
      • If downloading the app for the first time, the first step is to sync the app with all your data and jobs.  A fast internet connection will support a fast sync.

      Offline Capabilities

      • Generate and Sign Agreements while offline! 
      • Filter through your customer list.
      • Utilize Card view when searching for a customer.
      • Easily accessible search bar to find the customer you're looking for asap. 
      • Create a new job/Add a new customer on the spot. 
      • Estimate Templates can be used but cannot be created while using the app offline. Be sure to add any templates you may want to use during your pre-appointment prep. 
      • Conduct and close a Sales call.

      • Information Tab

        • Edit Customer Details (name, email, and phone numbers)
        • Edit Job Details (name, status, assigned user, lead source, and job type)
        • Edit job and/or customer address.

      • Appointments Tab

        • View and delete appointments

      • Tools Tab

        • View tools - you can see the tools available but you cannot open them since they are outside sources that require a strong internet connection.

      • Photos

        • Show a list of all photos.
        • Add a Photo - you can take a picture and upload from the tool but you cannot send upload invites. 
        • Edit photos
        • Delete photos
        • Add photos to the Proposal/Agreement/Contract.
        • View photos in full screen
        • Organize Photos by creating folders.

      • Inspections Tab

        • Create an Inspection.
        • Update an existing Inspection.
        • Generate a PDF for Inspection.

      • Documents Tab

        • List all job documents.
        • Add a new document(s).
        • Organize documents in folders. 
        • Reorganize existing folders from the app. 
        • View a document.
        • Delete a document. 
        • Edit a document - Magic Wand and Autofill PDF
        • Add document to the Proposal/Agreement/Contract
        • List of Resource Documents.

      • Measurements Tab

        • Roofing measurements can be manually imported. 
        • Roof areas by pitch.
        • Roof Faces
        • Siding measurements can be manually imported. 
        • Wall, Window, Room and Door measurements are available as well.
        •  Add a Door.
        • Add a Window.
        • Add a Room.

      • Notes Tab

        • Add, edit, and delete notes

      • History Tab

        • Status history is available. 

      • Presentations Tab

        • List of presentations available.
        • View individual presentations also available.

      • Estimate Tab

        • View multiple estimates.
        • Edit an existing estimate.
        • Add a new estimate. 
        • Generate a PDF proposal.

      • Proposals Tab

        • Generate a proposal.
        • Download a proposal.
        • View proposal in full screen.
