The One Click Contractor Mobile App is intended to support your sales workflow when internet access is limited. While the full web browser version provides the most complete experience, the mobile app allows you to continue working in low or no connectivity environments after proper preparation.

To maximize efficiency, always complete your setup and syncing before heading to your appointment.

Best Practice: Use the Web Version When Possible

The web browser version of One Click Contractor offers the full feature set and optimal performance.

The Mobile App is ideal for:

  • Rural areas

  • Homes with weak connectivity

  • Situations where internet service is unreliable

Pre-Appointment Preparation

Before going to your appointment:

  • Download the OCC Mobile App in a location with strong internet.

  • Log in to the app.

  • Ensure all jobs and customer data are properly synced.

  • Confirm any estimate templates you plan to use are available.

  • Allow the app to complete its initial sync (a strong internet connection ensures faster syncing).

Proper preparation ensures you can access customer information seamlessly once on site.

Offline Capabilities

When offline, you can:

  • Generate and sign Agreements

  • Filter and search your customer list

  • Use Card View to locate customers quickly

  • Create a new job or add a new customer

  • Use existing estimate templates (templates cannot be created offline)

  • Conduct and close a sales call

Information Tab

  • Edit customer details (name, email, phone)

  • Edit job details (name, status, assigned user, lead source, job type)

  • Edit customer or job address

Appointments Tab

  • View appointments

  • Delete appointments

Tools Tab

  • View available tools
    (Tools requiring external connections cannot be opened offline.)

Photos Tab

  • View all job photos

  • Take and upload photos

  • Edit or delete photos

  • Add photos to Proposal/Agreement/Contract

  • View photos in full screen

  • Organize photos into folders
    (Upload invitations are not available offline.)

Inspections Tab

  • Create inspections

  • Update inspections

  • Generate inspection PDFs

Documents Tab

  • View all job documents

  • Add new documents

  • Organize and reorganize folders

  • View, delete, and edit documents (Magic Wand & Autofill PDF)

  • Add documents to Proposal/Agreement/Contract

  • Manually import roofing and siding measurements

  • View roof areas by pitch
