Why can't I log in to One Click Contractor?

Error Message when logging in.

If you attempt to log in to your One Click Contractor Account and are receiving the below error message, this could be in part due to a suspension for non payment, or because you are attempting to log in before your account has been activated. 

Should you receive this message, please contact the support team to place your account in the appropriate status.
