Check the state and mins/maxs amount for finance options
There are two things to check right away when a customer says the finance options aren’t populating.
- State filter for finance options
- If the “address” is not completely entered on the Information tab for a customer (i.e. missing state), the Finance Options will not populate. Even though customer information may populate from a CRM system integration, it should be reviewed in OCC to ensure the address is complete.
- Min/max amounts
- If an estimate has an financed amount that inside or outside of the min/max amount in the Finance Options, the finance options will not appear on the Proposal. If the estimate was $50k and their payment term says only $30k was financed and the finance options were 40K-60K it would still not show up.
