One Click Contractor Notifications

One Click Contractor provides a variety of different types of notifications.

There are a variety of different notification types available in One Click Contractor, here are the details.

  • User Notifications
    • Job Created: An email and/or text message can be sent when a job is created and assigned to a user.
    • Customer Photo Uploaded: An email and/or text message can be sent when a customer uploads photos using the "Upload Invite" feature.
    • Signed Document: An email and/or text message can be sent when an Agreement is completely signed by all parties. 
    • Job Reassigned:  An email and/or text message can be sent each time a job is reassigned to a different user.
  • Organization Level Notifications
    • Signed Documents: Ability to send email notifications for all signed documents.
    • Signable Documents: Ability to download or email notifications of signed change orders.
